This year's Seattle Pride Parade will take place on Sunday, June 28, 2015. The route runs along Fourth Avenue in front of Hotel Ändra in downtown Seattle. The City of Seattle will close Fourth Avenue from approximately 10:45am until 5:00pm in preparation for the parade.
To avoid unwanted inconvenience, please plan ahead and allow additional time to retrieve your vehicle on Sunday, June 28. With the high volume of traffic and pedestrians, we are expecting wait times of up to 20 minutes or more to retrieve vehicles or hail taxis.
For those guests driving to the hotel that Sunday, Hotel Ändra parking has been routed to a garage on 5th Avenue, on the east side of the hotel. The garage will be well staffed with bellmen and valets to assist you.
If you plan to dine at Lola, Assaggio Ristorante, or another nearby restaurant during the Pride Parade, please call the Hotel Ändra concierge, at least one day before, to make arrangements. We highly recommend that you make reservations in advance, as restaurants along the parade route are traditionally full during this time period.
Our goal is to ensure that your stay at our downtown Seattle hotel is not inconvenienced.
The hotel is on the route of the Seafair Torchlight Run and Parade. The run will begin at 6:30 PM followed by the Torchlight Parade at 7:30 PM. We anticipate Fourth Avenue to be closed between 5:30 PM and 11:00 PM. Should you be planning to drive to and from the hotel within that time period, please be advised that our valet will be temporarily relocated. We will have staff along the east side of Fifth Avenue between Lenora Street and Virginia Street to park your vehicle and escort you to the lobby. If you do plan to arrive or return by car during these hours, please call the hotel directly for driving directions.
The Ändra Bar, a Tom Douglas chic downtown bar, is located in the Loft above the Lobby. A small menu is available on weekday evenings and weekends perfect for informal gatherings Ändra style.
The evening menu offers a sampling of Lola featuring modern Mediterranean and North African riffs on local ingredients and a selection of top notch spirits and cocktails including a Swedish classic - Aquavit.
The Loft located on the 2nd floor overlooking the Lobby is open 24 hours a day.
